Job Summary

As a HiTecc Student/Entry Level Technician at Dick Hannah Dealerships, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive work environment. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow with our company, while developing your skills and knowledge in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle inspections and repairs, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
  • Sell lubrication, safety inspection, and other related services to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts.
  • Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and stay up-to-date with technical bulletins.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
