This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding team within a newly awarded long-term project, presenting numerous avenues for professional growth in the field of Electronic Warfare and Countermeasures.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will:
- Collaborate with intelligence and electronic warfare specialists to analyze adversarial electronic orders of battle, focusing on threat radar systems and the capabilities of friendly forces to detect and counteract these threats.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses, including subsystem evaluations, architecture breakdowns, and requirements design, alongside the implementation and maintenance of ground-based ELINT and EW systems.
- Research and apply cutting-edge processing technologies for RF data.
- Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to enhance operational concepts, methodologies, and tactics.
- Engage in algorithmic design and machine learning frameworks, focusing on classification and identification techniques.
- Demonstrate effective self-management to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Innovate new concepts and solutions to address engineering challenges.
- Provide guidance and support for all aspects of SIGINT operations, from planning to reporting.
- Conduct technical assessments of foreign threat systems and develop countermeasures in collaboration with prime and subcontractors.
- Offer expert training and insights to team members and external partners on emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Stay informed about industry advancements in SIGINT technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- In-depth knowledge of electronic warfare systems, including jamming and exploitation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience in translating operational requirements into actionable system goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in the design and maintenance of databases and software applications for EW operations.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SIGINT. Preferred qualifications include TS/SCI clearance and advanced degrees in relevant fields.
