Job Summary

MAG USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Electronics Warfare Systems Specialist to provide engineering expertise in pursuit of technical solutions to fielded and future electronic warfare systems, tactical enterprise, and challenges facing the Army's current and future forces. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to utilize their experience and knowledge to develop hardware and software to improve systems requirements document and specification, back-end signal processing of next generation RF systems, Fires solutions, and Electronic Warfare (EW) sensors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct analysis, subsystem analysis, architecture/subsystem decomposition, requirements analysis, implementation, integration, verification, and maintenance of ground-based EW systems.

Exercise a strong knowledge of EW systems and subsystems to develop system and subsystem specifications necessary for meeting performance metrics against a given set of signals of interest.

Collaborate across multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving use cases, CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPs.

Participate in algorithmic design and machine learning frameworks including classification and identification techniques.

Conceive new concepts and approaches to resolve engineering problems.

Identify existing or potential problems and provide engineering advice and guidance and/or directs a course of action to resolve engineering matters.

Develops presentations for support activities and/or higher headquarters to summarize results of actions against predetermined plans, current status or plans, progress, deficiencies, and outstanding accomplishments.

Research and implement state-of-the-art processing technologies tailored for application data processing.

Debugs and corrects system level problems and issues in conjunction with vendors.

Develops and documents overall System and Subsystem Level design, function, and performance criteria.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, Radio Frequency (RF) systems, SIGINT and Electronic Support (ES) systems.

BS (MS or Ph.D. preferred) in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or similar field.

Ability to self-manage and pace responsibilities to ensure completion of all required activities in a timely manner.

Must currently possess an Active Secret Security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Salary at MAG USA Inc. is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80000 to $120000 (annualized USD).
