About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers/ Home Health Aides. As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, including conversation, activities, and light housekeeping.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, feeding, toileting, and grooming.
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with medication reminders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience caring for seniors or adults.
  • Warmth, compassion, and empathy when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and perform assigned tasks.
  • Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred, but not required.
