Your Responsibilities

We seek a committed and enthusiastic Senior Educator to guide a diverse group of infants in a Montessori setting. Educators meticulously design a space that encourages independence and captivates the child's curiosity. Individualized attention is provided to each child through one-on-one and small group interactions, allowing them the freedom to explore and engage with materials that spark their interest, thereby enhancing their skills and self-assurance.

Core Duties:

  • Monitor and address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of each infant

  • Establish an atmosphere that nurtures trust, exploration, and autonomy
  • Encourage self-reliance and confidence in children
