ADAPT Community Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Residential Program Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our residential programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance and support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of residential programs, including personnel, budgeting, and services to individuals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for residential programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Represent ADAPT Community Network at external meetings and events.
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
- At least seven years of progressively more responsible managerial experience, preferably with the developmentally disabled population.
- Valid New York State Driver's License and good standing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and software.
