Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of residential programs, including personnel, budgeting, and services to individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for residential programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Represent ADAPT Community Network at external meetings and events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
  • At least seven years of progressively more responsible managerial experience, preferably with the developmentally disabled population.
  • Valid New York State Driver's License and good standing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and software.
What We Offer
