Job Title: IT Field Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012 and 2016
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft O365 Products
  • Proven ability to understand technology processes and tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
