About the Role

As a Heavy Equipment Inspector/Mechanic at South Texas Fleet Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine inspections on our semi trailers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing repairs as needed.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting semi trailers to identify any defects or issues
  • Developing and implementing repair plans to ensure trailers meet industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a heavy equipment technician
  • Valid driver's license required
