Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Caregiver

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Children's Home Healthcare. Our goal is to provide exceptional care to medically-complex children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing procedures and treatments for pediatric patients with varying levels of acuity
- Participate in assessment planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with clinical supervisors
- Offer emotional support and parental education to families
- Coordinate care with other healthcare agencies and physician offices involved in patient care

Requirements:
- Valid/current nursing license
- Current CPR card for healthcare workers
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends
- Self-motivation and minimal supervision required
- Possession of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Full mobility to lift and transfer patients as needed

Compensation:
- Competitive pay rates: LVN $20-$25/hour, RN $30-$35/hour
