Full-Time RPA Developer Position
We are Virtual, and we're looking for a skilled RPA Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid-model position with a direct-hire opportunity. The successful candidate will have a strong background in robotics programming languages, specifically C#, VB.Net, and experience working with development environments such as UIPath. You should also be familiar with UIPath Studio, UIPath Orchestrator, SQL Server Management Studio, HL7 Standardized Format, and VSS, TFS, Git Version Control. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the required programming language/platforms is necessary.

The salary for this position ranges from $115-$125k per annum, with potential for a salary increase after the first year and a bonus of up to 10-20%. Our goal is to offer competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.

This role involves developing and implementing RPA solutions to enhance our revenue cycle management processes. We prioritize teamwork, critical thinking, and effective communication. If you have experience in healthcare-related process automation, it will be considered an advantage. The selection process includes video or phone interviews with 2-3 rounds of assessments.
