About the Role

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled and creative Coordinator, IVX-Creative to join our HokieVision team. As a key member of our In-Venue Experience team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and personalized experiences for our fans at Virginia Tech's home venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality intro videos, hype videos, player features, and motion graphics for our home venues.
  • Collaborate with the Athletics' external leadership team to plan and execute department initiatives.
  • Assist in developing, producing, and executing videoboard shows.
  • Work with a team to create a dynamic and engaging fan experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting and be self-motivated, organized, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Commitment to diversity and belonging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience.
  • Experience with live game production and related equipment.
  • Experience supervising or training students.
  • In-game control room or camera experience.
