Position Overview:

At Nebraska Corn Processing, LLC, we are seeking a dedicated Production Operator. The individual in this role will oversee and manage processing machinery to guarantee that production quality benchmarks are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and regulate plant operations
  • Keep precise production records
  • Collaborate with various departments
  • Engage in efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 12 years of experience in ethanol production
  • Familiarity with the ethanol manufacturing process
  • Capability to adjust to changes
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in operating industrial machinery

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
  • Climbing to elevated areas
  • Lifting and transporting heavy materials
  • Working in a production setting
  • Use of a respirator may be necessary
