Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to callers, researching and resolving telecommunications issues.
  • Establish service by guiding callers through new installations and configurations.
  • Improve caller capabilities by providing additional documentation and recommending training courses.
  • Maintain help desk database by entering caller statistics, inquiries, and responses.
