Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Kennesaw, GA. As a Physical Therapist with AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes and work in a fast-paced environment
