Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Care: Provide hands-on treatment to children with autism aged 2-3 under the guidance of a Clinical Fellow Supervisor.
  • Collaboration: Work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Documentation: Accurately record treatment sessions, progress notes, and evaluations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the team.
  • Professional Development: Enhance your skills in a dynamic setting, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship from experienced and qualified staff.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Complete NYS regulation and ASHA requirements of supervised experience to ensure licensure and certification.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Passion for Working with Young Children: A genuine passion for working with young children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Adaptability and Eager to Learn: A willingness to adapt to new situations and learn from experienced professionals.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
Benefits
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
  • Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, full-time, 12-month position.

We believe in the potential of every child with developmental disabilities and strive to help them reach their full potential. Our McCarton Integrated Model combines speech and language therapy, fine and gross motor therapy, sensory integration therapy, socialization with peers, developmental play skills, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
