Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Domino's Pizza, interacting with customers, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with orders, including taking payments and processing transactions
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating all equipment, including phones, computers, and point-of-sale systems
  • Stocking ingredients and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Preparing products, including pizzas, sides, and desserts
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders, and taking inventory
  • Cleaning equipment and facilities, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask with ease
  • Basic math skills, and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
