Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in finalizing and closing all vehicle transactions.

• Maintain communication with sales representatives and clients.

• Evaluate trade-ins effectively.

• Train and develop your sales team.

• Participate in weekly sales meetings.

• Manage leasing and retail agreements.

• Execute "closer" responsibilities with clients and handle turnover situations.
