About the Role

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending employment decisions for staff to the Director of Operations
  • Organizing clinical operations for the care center
  • Reviewing requests for services and determining patient eligibility/suitability for home care services
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient care
  • Collaborating with clinicians to establish patient goals and develop Plan of Care (POC)
