About the RoleAs a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recommending employment decisions for staff to the Director of Operations
- Organizing clinical operations for the care center
- Reviewing requests for services and determining patient eligibility/suitability for home care services
