Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to engage residents, promote community building, and provide access to resources and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local service providers, schools, civic organizations, and community-based organizations to support resident needs.
  • Coordinate and manage resident programs, including tutoring, financial literacy, community service, health services, job readiness, and resident leadership training.
  • Assist residents with residential needs, such as applying for assistance and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing program successes, challenges, and goals.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of programming experience, preferably in a low-income community setting.
  • Deep commitment to assisting low-income families create and access opportunities to thrive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to deliver results.
