Position Overview:
This role involves delivering comprehensive case management services to individuals and families, particularly focusing on children, to help them navigate various social, emotional, economic, and environmental challenges. The responsibilities include providing and coordinating a diverse range of services such as individual and family counseling, educational support for parents, crisis intervention, and more.
Essential Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field in Human Services.
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with at-risk youth and their families.
Background Requirements:
Must comply with the regulations pertaining to the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health, including a State Central Register Clearance regarding any history of child abuse or maltreatment.
