As a Government Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our government clients in identifying growth opportunities, educating potential agency partners on Amivero's offerings, and promoting the adoption of our platform across Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial governments.
Your Daily Activities May Include...
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Creating sales materials and resources, such as pitch decks, to facilitate deal closures.
- Leading initial pitch and introductory calls to support new business leads and existing account growth initiatives.
- Developing and sharing cost estimators for new business and account expansion.
- Successfully securing new business contracts and expanding current accounts.
- Managing, updating, and tracking data in Airtable to support account growth.
- Overseeing the new business pipeline and reviewing potential opportunities.
- Managing Zendesk and determining the appropriate platform for customer communications.
- Serving as an on-call Zendesk triage member as necessary.
- Monitoring partner sentiment and success with relevant technologies.
- Participating in partner events to cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications You'll Bring...
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience
- US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust
- Experience in software sales, particularly in SaaS or PaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with government personnel.
- Proven track record in Business Development and nurturing client relationships.
- Experience in successfully closing deals and agreements.
- Prior experience in a technical environment.
- Experience in providing cost estimates and project timelines.
- Familiarity with digital identity concepts is preferred.
