Job SummaryAt CESNA, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. As a bilingual Korean-English professional, you will play a critical role in reviewing claims thoroughly and making informed decisions regarding payment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and acknowledge claims, ensuring timely and thorough investigation
  • Identify policies and coverage, and contact insureds or their representatives as needed
  • Conduct unbiased investigations, evaluating the cause of loss, liability, and loss amount
  • Document and report claims, concluding with acceptance, denial, or negotiation
  • Support litigations and prepare Large Loss Reports for upper management
  • Notify the Underwriting Department of potential risks and encourage regular meetings to discuss claim processes
Requirements
  • 0-1 years of experience (entry-level preferred)
  • Recent law school graduates welcome
  • No bar license required, but bilingual Korean/English proficiency is essential
  • Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and possessing a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, such as Excel
  • Law firm experience preferred, but not required
  • Visa sponsorship available if needed
