Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a contract SLP, you will work with young students who require support in their language and communication development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs
  • Determine eligibility for speech services and work with an interdisciplinary team to determine appropriate goals
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for children with identified speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns
  • Maintain accurate records for all children on the caseload
  • Provide reports of children's progress to parents
  • Organize caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school or classroom
  • Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communications Disorders
  • Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Education specialist certificate from the PA Department of Education (Clinical Fellows can work with a pending certificate)
