About the Role
- As a Nurse Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitoring residents and administering medication and treatments is a key responsibility, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to quality care.
- Effective documentation of resident care services is essential, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records.
- Protecting residents and staff from infection is a top priority, and you will adhere to infection-control policies and protocols at all times.
- Resolving resident problems and needs requires a collaborative approach, and you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintaining the highest standards of care is crucial, and you will ensure that all residents receive the finest rehabilitation and skilled nursing services available.
Requirements
- You will be a team player, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- A current State Registered Nurse RN License is essential, and long-term care experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office are required, as well as excellent communication skills.
- You will be a friendly and strong team worker, committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all residents.
