Role Summary: Call Center Advocate

Cognixia seeks a qualified Call Center Advocate to fill a key position. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and performing case intake from a queue for about 6-8 hours each day.

  • Deliver expert advice on general policy matters
  • Tackle lower complexity cases by driving resolutions
  • IDentify cases needing escalation and complete required documentation
  • Offer clear answers and refer employees to appropriate tools or resources when necessary

  • Effectively handle numerous phone interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in our case management system

Key Requirements:

  • Quickly establish trust with callers
  • Excellent time management skills for handling calls efficiently
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills

Further Details:

This role comes with a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, dependent on location and experience.
