Call Center Advocate

Cognixia seeks a qualified Call Center Advocate to fill a key position. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and performing case intake from a queue for about 6-8 hours each day.
About the Job:
- Deliver expert advice on general policy matters
- Tackle lower complexity cases by driving resolutions
- IDentify cases needing escalation and complete required documentation
- Offer clear answers and refer employees to appropriate tools or resources when necessary

- Effectively handle numerous phone interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in our case management system
Key Requirements:
- Quickly establish trust with callers
- Excellent time management skills for handling calls efficiently
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills

This role comes with a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, dependent on location and experience.
