Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury Litigation team at W3Global Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling initial client intake, pre-suit claims practice, and settlement negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Client Intake:

• Handle initial client consultations to assess case viability and provide guidance on next steps.

Pre-Suit Claims Practice:

• Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence and build strong cases.

Settlement Negotiations:

• Engage in effective settlement negotiations with opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.

Legal Document Preparation:

• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests, and responses.

Depositions and Court Appearances:

• Prepare for and appear at depositions of clients, adverse parties, witnesses, and experts.

• Prepare for and appear in court for motion hearings, non-jury trials, and jury trials.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

• At least 3-5 years of proven working experience in civil litigation, with a preference for personal injury experience.

• Experience in S.C. state courts and preferably federal court.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.

• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.

• Strong character and work ethic.

• Ability to manage a large case load.
