We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - US Operations to join our team. As a key member of our HR and operations department, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions, administrative activities, and operational processes that ensure the smooth running of the business.
You will support our finance, HR, and operational teams, driving efficiencies, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining compliance across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations or office management, preferably in a client-focused business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage key HR functions, administrative activities, and operational processes.

- Oversee operational activities in the Somerville, NJ office.
- Facilitate impactful communication between the Somerville, NJ office and the Cambridge, MA offices.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
