Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of HR and Office Operations to join our team. As a key member of our HR and operations department, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions, administrative activities, and operational processes that ensure the smooth running of the business.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations or office management, preferably in a client-focused business. You will utilize Odoo (ERP) to manage business operations, including client and project administration, invoices creation and update, employee timesheets, and project budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key HR functions, administrative activities, and operational processes.
  • Utilize Odoo (ERP) to manage business operations.
  • Support our finance, HR, and operational teams.
  • Drive efficiencies, enhance employee engagement, and maintain compliance.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
