The Opportunity: Data Analytics Specialist, eCommerce

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our eCommerce strategy by leveraging data to drive impactful decisions and optimize performance.

Your Impact:

  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall eCommerce revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Create compelling reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and support decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in eCommerce analytics.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on eCommerce data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on children's lives.
