Senior Family Law Attorney

Position: Family Law Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic consultations with clients at the beginning of their representation;
- Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their options for litigation or settlement;
- Review and address communications from clients and opposing legal representatives;
- Draft trial briefs on behalf of clients;
- Represent clients during litigation at various hearings;
- Serve as lead counsel in trials when necessary;
Qualifications:
- Active license from the California State Bar;
- At least 3 years of experience in family law is essential;
- Significant experience in high-net-worth divorce cases;
- Experience in courtroom settings, completion of trial advocacy courses, and/or participation in trial competitions;
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage challenging situations;
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities;
