Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Monitor and manage the logistics of designated business travelers, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement and verification of payments.
  • Generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card changes.
  • Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature.
  • Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations, including conference room schedules and resource allocation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, verbally and in writing, to multiple audiences.
  • Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence, ensuring proper dissemination of information.
  • Prioritize and schedule management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Plan and implement logistics for senior executive-level internal and external events.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced employees, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Concur experience and proficiency in Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle proprietary information with care.
  • Information Technology fluency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Aerospace knowledge and experience a plus.
Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in a fast-paced office environment.
