Job Title: Senior Infusion Registered Nurse

US Oncology, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our oncology team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assess patient needs and provide education and support to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Manage patient medication refill requests and document relevant information in patient charts.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide psychosocial support to patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
  • RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Five years nursing experience.
