  • Process customer requests in alignment with internal and client-specific procedures.
  • Draft correspondence to clients using standardized templates, ensuring all interactions are documented appropriately.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate information dissemination and to prevent redundancy in efforts.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours and breaks, emphasizing the importance of reliability and punctuality in customer service roles.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service within an office environment is essential.
  • Background in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Windows and Word; familiarity with Excel is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions are required.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and maintain a high level of reliability.
