Product Manager Job Description

BlueHalo is seeking a skilled Product Strategist to join their team. As a Product Strategist, you will play a crucial role in their directed energy and tracking program. You will work with lasers and advanced technology, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing product strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Creating and maintaining a long-term product vision that aligns with company goals
  • Conducting market and customer research to inform product development and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and milestone management
  • Establishing and maintaining customer feedback loops to ensure product meets customer needs
  • Identifying and developing new product concepts to drive business growth and innovation
  • Participating in all phases of product development to ensure successful product launch and growth
  • Forecasting sales and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Requirements:

  • Active DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven product management experience in manufacturing or aerospace
  • Experience in the Counter UAS industry
