About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at BlueHalo. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our directed energy and tracking program forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance the business' capabilities and values with customer needs, defining product strategy and creation.
  • Establish long-term product vision, aligning with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Develop deep understanding of products, markets, and customer needs, conducting research to inform product decisions.
  • Support product maturation through configuration management and development.
  • Collaborate with production development and milestone management teams.
  • Build and reinforce customer feedback loops to ensure continuous product improvement.
  • Envision and develop new product concepts, designs, and enhancements to meet market and user requirements.
  • Participate in all phases of product development lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Develop sales forecasts and implement pricing schedules to drive revenue and margin growth.

Requirements

  • Active DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in manufacturing or aerospace settings.
  • Counter UAS industry experience a plus.
