We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN to fill the role of House Supervisor, Weekend Package. This position will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on weekends and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care or emergency care, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations.
As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating efficient operation of hospital activities on weekends
- Serving as a staff resource for policy and procedure questions and interpretation
- Responding to patient, family, physician, and staff needs in various capacities
- Consulting and collaborating interdepartmentally as indicated regarding patient and visitor needs
- Supporting and promoting evidence-based practice and research among unit leaders and staff
