aptihealth is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will provide individual counseling to members, working closely with physicians and care teams to create comprehensive care plans.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate and compassionate mental health professional with experience working with children ages 5-11. You will utilize your clinical expertise and the aptihealth platform to assist our members in achieving their goals and improving their behavioral health outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $90,000 annually, plus productivity incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, and a 401k retirement savings program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality individual counseling to members

Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent clinical level license

  • 3+ years' experience providing individual counseling
  • Direct experience working with children ages 5-11
  • Competency in providing counseling services to a diverse population
