Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations via video-based encounters.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support patients' mental health needs.
- Provide virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy sessions, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space for patients to share their concerns and experiences.
- Collaborate with our clinical support team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient support.
- Stay up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions, ensuring you're equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from a accredited program.
- 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience in mental health therapy.
- Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPC/LMHC license in New York, with licensure in multiple states highly valued.
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a passion for delivering compassionate care.
