The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Provost/Vice President for Academics office and the President, handling a wide range of tasks and projects. This includes managing the office, screening incoming mail and telephone calls, maintaining calendars, and preparing correspondence and reports.

About the Position

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Provost/Vice President for Academics office and the President.
  • Managing the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other materials as requested.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including arranging travel and accommodations.

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
