Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified After-School Sports Program Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports and a passion for physical activity. They will be responsible for managing groups of up to 20 students, connecting with students, and fostering positive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance
  • Connect with students and foster positive learning experiences
  • Pay close attention to student needs and adjust activities accordingly
  • Ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes
  • Clearly instruct students and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Complete and pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening
  • 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to engage in physical activities with or without an accommodation
