Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement fun and challenging sports programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and social-emotional learning.
  • Lead groups of up to 20 students in various sports and activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school administrators.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement program activities, events, and special projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality programming.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, sports management, child development) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for students with varying abilities and needs.
