WORK OVERVIEW
As a Custodial Worker 1, you will engage in a variety of cleaning tasks, including both deep and general cleaning, as well as restocking necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform deep cleaning in various areas such as resident rooms, communal spaces, offices, nursing stations, and kitchen areas.
2. Conduct general cleaning tasks including mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, dusting, sweeping, and buffing surfaces.
3. Restock essential supplies like soap, paper towels, and trash bags as required.

WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time position with a 37.5-hour work week. Shifts will vary, covering both morning and evening hours, including weekends.

SALARY INFORMATION
The starting salary may be fixed and will be communicated through official channels.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential job functions. Preferred qualifications include:
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule across various shifts.
- Experience in custodial roles or similar cleaning positions.
- Familiarity with cleaning in healthcare or assisted living environments.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
A conditional offer of employment will necessitate a medical examination and drug screening, along with satisfactory criminal history reports.
