Your Role in Making a Difference:
The Financial Operations Associate is responsible for providing essential accounting support within the business office.

This role encompasses various payroll tasks, inventory assessments, purchase order management, and the analysis of monthly financial outcomes against forecasts and budgets.

Familiarity with organizational budgets, policies, and procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate journals and ledgers, balance accounting systems, and prepare financial statements and reports.

Oversee the purchase order process and related functions, including inventory management and vendor relations.

Conduct financial analyses, assist with payroll processing, and engage in pre-audit activities.

Proactively identify solutions under the guidance of the Business Manager, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Exhibit an understanding of risk management principles, including confidentiality, safety, and responsible reporting, aligning with organizational values and expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience


A minimum of four (4) years of experience in general accounting, encompassing payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, purchasing, and account reconciliation.

Proficiency in using and training on accounting software systems as required for the overall financial operations of the organization.

Licenses/Certifications
