Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary
Monroe Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our assets are well-maintained. The successful candidate will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, develop and implement effective maintenance plans, collaborate with residents, analyze maintenance data, and manage maintenance budgets.
Key Skills:
• Proven experience as a lead maintenance technician
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Working knowledge of Onsite or Yardi software
• English language proficiency
