Job Title: Project Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at ProLift Rigging. As a Project Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate targeted accounts in the heavy industrial and energy markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans with defined goals and objectives
  • Prospect and qualify warm leads
  • Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs
  • Create and deliver solutions and proposal presentations to customers' decision-making teams
  • Closing sales by selling value and overcoming objections
  • Coordinate front-end project development with our Operations team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
  • Excellent hunting/prospecting skills
  • Experience in the crane & rigging industry
  • Strong CRM skills
  • Consultative approach to building relationships and achieving sales goals
