We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Tech to join our team at Facility Services Unlimited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs as needed.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms to ensure a smooth operation.
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve our facilities goals.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a related field.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery safely.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of cleaning experience.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
Work Location: In-person at our facility.
