Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to ensure a clean and hygienic space.
- Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
- Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
- Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
