Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the Line of Business and the Development/Implementation Teams. This role requires a strong technical background, with the ability to work on complex, highly visible projects. The colleague will be responsible for working with LOB stakeholders to understand their business and technical requirements, building and managing the product backlog, and successfully leading projects through their respective life-cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with LOB stakeholders to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Build and manage the product backlog, ensuring that projects are prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead projects through their respective life-cycles, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with Development/Implementation Teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, BRDs, system diagrams, and user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technology Field.
  • 7-10 years' experience in BSA/Project Management.
