**Job Responsibilities:**

As an Automotive Service Professional at Marina Auto Group, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve your goals and objectives, set by our management team, and contribute to the success of our dealership.
  • Effectively schedule automotive service visits to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Greet and write up customers in a prompt and professional manner, exceeding their expectations.
  • Listen attentively to and thoroughly understand customer problems and vehicle issues, communicating effectively with our parts department and technicians to resolve these issues.
  • Manage customer and technician expectations regarding service diagnosis, repair, and delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Review repair orders to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with both external and internal customers, communicating effectively and professionally at all times.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of service operations and customer relations.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record, ensuring your safety and the safety of our customers.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
  • Reliability, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach to work, ensuring you're a valuable asset to our team.
  • The ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities with ease and efficiency.
  • A professional appearance and attitude, reflecting positively on our dealership and our values.
