Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel rooms and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies, including cleaning solvents and equipment.
  • Operate cleaning equipment to clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas.
  • Empty wastebaskets, ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Wash windows, sills, door panels, walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
  • Clean biohazard material and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in environmental services or housekeeping in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and basic maintenance.
  • Understanding of government public health regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
